- Во производниот програм имаме два модели на Инцинератори и тоа Incinerator IN 300, Incinerator IN 500 кои комплетно се изработени од мангански лим со дебелина 5 мм, 4 бренери за согорување на отпад и 1 бренер за согорување на издувните гасови
- Бренерите по желба на купувачот може да бидат на нафта или на плин . Инцинераторот е обложен од надвор со украсен лим. Сите останати вградени материјали се огноотпрни и издржуваат температура до 1800 степени. Инцинераторот работи на работна температура од 1100 – 1300 степени.
- Управувањето се врши преку PLC Touch компјутер . Со инцинераторот оди комплетна документација, сертификати, упатство за работа и обука, целосна гаранција во времетраење од 5 години и обезбеден сервис 24/7 и одржување и резервни делови и по истек на гарантниот рок.

I8-M200 Medical Incinerator
The i8-M200 can be used for a variety of applications, large enough to offer impressive burn rates and batch sizes, while still being small enough to fit in a 20ft container.
The i8-M200 features a top-loading design with a large opening for bulky waste items. Like all our ‘M’ range models, it features a secondary chamber with an afterburner for the re-burn of harmful emissions with a 2 second retention time making it ideal for a wide range of medical waste streams.

Municipal waste incineration is the most advanced level of the waste disposal / treatment hierarchy-indiscriminate dumping, controlled dumping, landfilling, sanitary landfilling, and mechanical treatment. Solid waste arises from human activities- Domestic commercial, Industrial, agricultural, wastewater treatment and so on.
- Type of Waste:
- Domestic Waste: Waste from household activities, including food preparation, cleaning, fuel burning, oldclothes and furniture, obsolete utensils and equipments, packaging, newsprint, garden wastes etc.
- Street Sweepings : The waste is dominated by dust and soil together with varying amounts of paper metaland other litter from the streets. In lower-income cities, street seeping may also include drain cleaning anddomestic waste dumped along the roads plant remains and animal manure.
- Construction and demolition Waste : The composition of the waste depends on the type of wood packaging materials and the like.Incineration system provides an effective means of reducing the volume of Municipal solid. Municipal solid waste incinerator converts waste into ash Combustible gases at 1000°C in primary chamber Secondary Chamber temperature is raised upto 1450°C for at least 2 seconds to incinerate the wastes with a content of more than 1% of halogenated organic substances. The incinerator reduces most combustible solid waste to nearly 1-2 percent by volume and 3 percent by weight.

Design:
The design is based on the guidelines set by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB)-India and normally adopted by military installation all over the country and worldwide. The Efficient power is supplied by electricity as well as oil burners for larger installation.

- Hot Hearth Medical Incinerator
Having a total of four burners, the MP500 Medical Incinerator benefits from a Hot Hearth system which directs the heat underneath the primary chamber delivering 360° heating. Removing any cool spots and enabling the destruction of high moisture organic waste safely.
The MP500 benefits from a 1.13m3 loading chamber capable of incinerating up to 750kg of waste in an eight-hour cycle.
Highly efficient in operation, the MP500 medical incinerator requires up to 40% less fuel to operate due to its advanced construction and insulation, including a triple-layered brick-based refractory made up of a thick insulation board, insulation brick followed by an Alumina Infused outer layer of Thermal bricks that reflect the heat back into the chamber whilst maintaining the heat throughout the process.
Designed to handle a wide variety of waste, it is specifically competent when dealing with Category 2, 3 and 4 types or those less than < 3000Kcal and red bag waste.
It is a perfect solution for the reliable disposal of yellow and red bag, clinical waste, including treated, anatomical, cytotoxic/cytostatic, medicinal syringes, needles, bandages, packaging and pharmaceuticals.Ideally suited to servicing the needs of a hospital with approximately 600-750 occupied beds.
